- Superserver: A generic client/server utility I wrote years ago at
UC Santa Cruz; it lets you run a UNIX command as a TCP/IP server.
The idea was to simplify tasks like distributing the
campus phone directory at UCSC, providing remote access to printers via lp
without having to fiddle with lpd, etc.
The original version got lost long ago, but I recreated
it more recently when I needed a code sample to submit for a job interview.
